On 8 April 2020, the LNB Rehabilitation Centre obtained two training licences issued by the Department of Education, Culture and Sport of Riga City Council for the implementation of adult non-formal education programmes:
> Blind and partially sighted companion training programme
> Training programme for an assistant for the blind and visually impaired
